The FC7240Fxx family is a high-performance automotive HPU (Hyper Processing Unit) based on single lockstep Cortex-M7 core, ASIL-D functional safety level. Up to 240 MHz operating frequency , 4 CAN-FD. 2MB Flash and 256KB SRAM. The FC7240 family includes EVITA Full+ level HSM. AEC-Q100 qualified, Grade 1.
